The main directions of the complex's work: rent of warehouses (7 warehouses), production premises (VSP №1, 2, 3), premises in the administrative building: public catering establishment (1st floor), office premises (2-7th floor).
Warehouses, which include:
- offices, staff rooms, locker rooms, showers and bathrooms;
- water supply and sewerage;
- heating in office premises + 20˚S, warehouses + 16˚S, and gates and exits are equipped with thermal curtains;
- for each warehouse - separate accounting of water supply and electricity;
- Wired Internet and wireless Wi-Fi;
- round-the-clock security and video surveillance of all construction structures on the territory;
- a large area for parking cars and trucks;
- anti-dust floor;
- emergency and backup power supply-diesel generator;
- catering establishment, administrative building with office premises and recreation for staff.
